8. The conformed order will be delivery to the vendor shop .
9. Wholesaler & retailor have to pay only on given qr-code or upi id given on website .
10 . The return product will be collect from the whlosaler and retailer shop for my near city like east champaran , west champaran ,muzaffarpur , darbhanga ,patna , nepal

सभी मूल्य थोक (होलसेल) दरों पर निर्धारित हैं।

प्रत्येक उत्पाद का कोड {FA\001, SA\002 आदि} प्रारूप में अंकित किया गया है।

सभी ऑर्डर केवल WhatsApp के माध्यम से स्वीकार किए जाएँगे।

किसी भी ग्राहक को उधार (क्रेडिट) की सुविधा प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी।

वेबसाइट पर ऑर्डर की पुष्टि होने के पश्चात, होलसेलर एवं रिटेलर दोनों को आंशिक (50%) अथवा पूर्ण भुगतान करना अनिवार्य होगा।

मोबाइल एक्सेसरीज़, कॉस्मेटिक्स तथा कुछ अन्य श्रेणियों के उत्पादों के ऑर्डर सप्ताह में केवल दो दिन (बुधवार एवं शनिवार) स्वीकार किए जाएँगे। इनकी डिलीवरी अगले दिन अथवा उसके अगले दिन कर दी जाएगी।

लॉजिस्टिक्स संबंधी कारणों से कुछ श्रेणियों के उत्पादों की डिलीवरी में अधिकतम 7 दिन का समय लग सकता है।

पुष्टि किए गए ऑर्डर संबंधित विक्रेता (वेंडर) की दुकान पर ही वितरित किए जाएँगे।

होलसेलर एवं रिटेलर द्वारा भुगतान केवल वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध QR कोड अथवा UPI ID के माध्यम से ही किया जाएगा।

लौटाए गए (रिटर्न) उत्पादों का संग्रहण (पिक-अप) पूर्वी चंपारण, पश्चिमी चंपारण, मुज़फ़्फ़रपुर, दरभंगा, पटना तथा नेपाल सहित आसपास के क्षेत्रों में स्थित होलसेलर एवं रिटेलर की दुकानों से किया जाएगा।
